Stonite^TM signs are probably the best product for vandal-resistant applications such as schools because of the beautifully unique and advanced substrate material used. The surface color and stone-like patterns carry through the depth of the product and will not wear or fade away. Solid surfaces are renewable; stubborn stains, cigarette burns and scratches may be easily removed by sanding and buffing by hand.

Thicknesses are available 1/8”, 1/4” and 1/2”. It consists of one panel with ADA raised text & braille, vinyl copy, or subsurface copy. 

Paper inserts are easily included which again is generally a staple in school applications.

Colors? In the 1/8” thick material there are 21 different stone-like patterns and 3 light solid colors. In the other thicknesses there is even more variety.
